Ishkabibble Soup Plate
This Ishkabibble is made of a tawdry old lace washed in a patina tainted with decadent dreams of trodden down foot lights, memories of imaginations, of better days . . .
hobbling up and down the ruts of way off Broadway . . .
a traveling Burlesque/circus troupe squeaking to a stop . . .
a sideshow beside the road side with one eye on lookout for fame, to find and follow them back to the bright lights, where they belong.
Ishkabibble is cut from remains of lace curtains pulled from a trunk off the back of a painted wagon, and quickly transformed into a bustled fancy dress to fain the ingenue player.
